Phalkyn IRC Client

Phalkyn is intended to be a small, simple cross-platform IRC client. It is being developed by Andrew Williams (xalspaero@hotmail.com) and Mike Roberts (noodlesgc@gmail.com) using C++ and wxWidgets. It is currently in the planning stages.

Check out the (presently) horrible code in SVN and suggest changes!
